‘Wherever you are is the entry point’.
Our vineyards extend from a height of 600 to up 800 meters. They cover some ten hectares of terraces surrounded by dry stone walls made from the local lava. We grow our vines in the local tradition, with the branches supported by chestnut poles. The terraces stand on the north face of the Etna volcano.
Harvest at the Costanzo vineyard is has its roots in local traditions. We carefully select the grapes, with only the best bunches being harvested.
Our winemaking process combines modern technology and ancient knowledge.
The grapes are picked by hand, taken by basket to the winery where the stems removed on a vibrating belt. They are pressed, fermented and aged ready to produce artisan wines of the highest quality.
