Our wines are produced with respect for the seasonality, traditions and horticultural history of Mount Etna. Our artisanal production combines the best of modern technology with the hard work and dexterity of a community born into a legacy of centuries of wine making.
The ‘Sei‘ line of wines is born from the volcanic terroir of Etna. “Sei” is the name for our Etna wines, inspired by the story of the world map of active volcanoes. Nero di Sei is 80% Nerello Mascalese and 20% Nerello Cappuccio. Bianco di Sei is 70% Carricante, 28% Catarratto.
The Mofete line takes its name from the latest activity of Etna, the residues that are left after volcanic activity. It is divided into three types: Mofete Rosso (Red), 80% Nerello Mascalese and 20% Nerello Cappuccio; Mofete Rosato, 100% Nerello Mascalese; Mofete Bianco (White), 70% Carricante, 25% Catarratto.
All the wines we produce are DOC, certified by the ETNA wine authorities, and are organic.
