Grapes: 70% Carricante 30% Catarratto.
Elevation: 680-750 mt. s.l.m.
Training system: Bush-training with chestnut posts.5 – 30 years old vines.
Plantation density: On average 8000 vines/Ha.
Average yield: 1 kg/vines; 55 Hl / Ha.
Harvest: Manual, end of September.
Vinification: Soft pressing. No maceration, there is onlya small contact during the draining process of the skins.
Ageing: In stainless steel tanks for 6 months–
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Tasting: Medium straw yellow. Fruity and flowery at the nose, with yellow citrus pulp, balsamic and mineral hints. Fresh, long, insinuating and structured in mouth.
Service temperature: 10-12°C.
