Altitude: 680-750 mt. s.l.m.
Soil type: Black and brown volcanic sands 60-70%; pebbles and rocks and usive.
Training system: Alberello supported by chestnut poles.
Ceppi / Ha: On average 8000 plants / Ha.
Average yield per hectare: 1 kg / plant; 55 Hl / Ha.
Harvest: Manual, last ten days of September.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel. Up to 24 hours of maceration on the skins. Malolactic fermentation partially carried out in stainless steel.
Tasting: Pink color of medium intensity. On the nose floral scents with wild and violet herbs, slightly fruity, with mineral notes. Smooth fruit flavors on the palate, with a lingering finish.
Grapes: Nerello Mascalese 100% from vines of 5 to 30 years of age.
Aging: 7 months stainless steel.
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
Serving temperature: 10-12 ° C.
