Palmento Costanzo hosts the Sagna Days

On Monday 8 and Tuesday 9 May 2023, Palmento Costanzo is ready to host the Sagna Days, the Sagna event dedicated to sector operators.

Two days of meetings, tasting tables and Masterclasses dedicated to haute cuisine, wine bars and wine bars with the presence of the prestigious brands represented by Sagna in Italy.

Palmento Costanzo is the only Etna winery selected by Sagna which, this year, has chosen it as an exceptional location. Over 30 companies in the wine & spirits sector will be present with more than 700 guests, 200 labels for tasting and 9 different Masterclasses.

Speaking of Masterclasses, on Monday 8 May at 2.00 pm the wines of Contrada Santo Spirito will "lead the chair". The Palmento Costanzo Masterclass, presented by the oenologist Nicola Centonze, will be a close comparison between the different expressions of Carricante and Nerello obtained from the same cru.

SICILY IN PRIMEUR

As soon as the Sagna Days are over, Palmento Costanzo will take part in Sicilia en Primeur, the main wine event organized by Assovini Sicilia to present the new vintages of Sicilian wines to the press. From 9 to 13 May 2023, over 80 journalists, Masters of Wine and sector operators will visit the best wineries on the island, paying particular attention to the theme of 2023, i.e. the combination of wine quality and hospitality.

On 11 May, Palmento Costanzo will host a press tour of the cellar in the presence of the specialized press.
