Palmento Costanzo: Upcoming Events This September
As the summer season slowly comes to an end, Palmento Costanzo comes to life.
Two important events will be held in our winery this September.
Two important events will be held in our winery this September. The first is organized by Sagna, our distributor in Italy, and will be held at Villa Abbondanzi in Faenza from 12 to 13 September 2022. The event is dedicated to restaurateurs and industry operators and will include the presentation of our labels in a Masterclass conducted by Manlio Giustiniani, great connoisseur of Sicilian wines and Champagne expert.
The second is called Etna Days and is the first event organized in Sicily by the Consorzio Tutela Vini Etna Doc. This five-day event is open to members of the international press, allowing them to explore the Contradas and the outstanding expressions of Sicily’s most important denomination.
From 13 to 18 September, around thirty experts, professional tasters and journalists will come together in the Etna Doc production area and embark on an immersive journey among the denomination’s wines and vines. Palmento Costanzo will be present in the masterclasses, tastings and tours and will also host the international delegation in the historic palmento in Contrada Santo Spirito, in Passopisciaro. The winery tour is scheduled for the morning of 16 September 2022.
